Please see below instructions to register for and make a payment through the online homeowner portal:
1. Please go to https://www.postonco.com
2. Select “for Association Management”
3. Select “Owner Login” in the upper right corner of the window
4. Click “Register” at the upper right corner of the window
Input your property information into the form. Your registration request must be reviewed by Poston Community Management, Inc. for verification before you will be able to successfully log in (registrations are only verified during regular office hours, Monday-Friday 9 am-5 pm. Please allow 24 hours for verification & note that we are closed on the weekends.). Once your registration has been approved, you will receive an email from donotreply@cincsystems.net with a temporary password. Please check your Junk/Spam Mail frequently if you have filters that may prevent this email from reaching your Inbox.
Don’t forget that if you have more than one property (or a dual association) register the other account as well. Once you are logged in, you can navigate through both accounts by selecting “Switch Account” in the upper right corner of the window, then a smaller window will pop up, and make sure to click the circle to the left of the account you are wanting to select, then click “Switch Account” again in the lower right-hand corner of that window.
Once you have logged in, you can make an online payment by going to the “Account Info” dropdown and selecting “Pay Assessments”. You can also set up recurring payments by going to “Pay Assessments” and selecting “New Recurring Payment”.
To pay via e-check there is a charge of $1.99. To pay via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover there is a charge of 3.25% of the payment amount.
